Re: Windows Mobile Device Center Vista 64bit

I doubt if your 6700 is going bad. They have alot of problems with WMDC and there is a whole Windows Mobile Forum about it:

http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsM...1762&SiteID=65

You may want to pose the problem to them but their standard answer is usually delete partnerships, hard reset device, and try, try, again.

Is this with BT or USB or both? I've always read that the ROM flashing is more reliable with an XP machine running AS 4.5. Do you have one available for use?

Smile Re: Windows Mobile Device Center Vista 64bit

yeah man....I love Vista, but I won't Cook my roms on it.... It's hit and miss.

I just use my laptop with XP, and I freaking love my phone.... when I was hacking it with my Vista Desktop, I wanted to throw it against the wall....

It just causes a lot of issues.

You can still sync it, for file transfers and whatnot....but I'd suggest no cooking at all.
