Help!! Stuck on Splash Screen

Hey guys, it appears this has happened before but I was unable to find a solution (People reference to a solution but don't actually tell you where or what it is) If this has happened to you please tell me how to get out of it.

I am stuck on the starting splash screen. I have tried to reflash, and even tried the stuck on bootloader solution with no change.

Thanks!

Try a hard reset. Press both softkeys ( - ) and the reset button (with the stylus) at the same time. If it works it will show a white screen where you will have to open the keyboard and press Y to clear mem and space to boot. That should fix it!

Ok had to check. I've loaded roms too many times to count and i still get stuck at that screen sometimes and then remember that i never hit the Y, Space so it didn't take the hard reset.

What rom did you load, was it one from this site? From the sound of it you were bootloader mode (dark screen says USB) when you started, right?

Just to let anyone experiencing the same problem, reload the sprint rom and you will get unstuck!

Actually it was one I built with the kitchen, essentially just added my own OEMs:

Voice Command
Palm SMS
O2

I did hard reset (twice actually) when that didn't work, I reloaded a stock Kitchen rom with no change. That's when I jumped back to the Sprint Rom.

LOL, stuck again. so it could be one of three things:

1) My OEM's are screwed up.
2) I've exceeded the size allowed somehow and it's not loading the full rom
3) My computer isn't compiling from the kitchen correctly.

OK, it appears my problems are kitchen related, as loading the helmi original and sprint I have no problems, but loading a stock kitchen I cannot boot.

Thoughts?

I think you've got it, it's 1, 2, or 3.

How big is the raw file in temp after you build your rom?
