Re: Programming Codes
What do you mean the old programming codes...the MDN and MSID? They will not stay the same. The Lock code (or MSL) will stay the same, but the MDN is the actual phone number that you are putting on it, and the MSID is another number specific to that line of service. If you did not get those from Sprint when you called in to do the switch, you need to call back and get them. Obviously you know what the MDN is, but you'll also need the MSL and MSID to reprogram it. Does that make sense?

Re: Programming Codes
I can't get to the MDN/MSID menu. The old ##000000# programming code to get to that menu does not work. There were two codes that previously worked (prior to the upgrade)(given by Sprint). Is there another way to get there?

Re: Programming Codes
Go back to "official" sprint rom wm5...activate..then upgrade back to wm6
People need to understand when the phone is upgraded to an non official/unsupported rom....certain things are not going to work such as maybe certain codes.etc.... So if you want to do it the right way and not wonder why the codes did not work go back to a official rom wm5, so when a sprint cust serv...tells you to punch in a certain code...it will work because it is a official and a supported rom.

Re: Programming Codes
its almost 90% of the time, a custom dialer/skin, that is stopping the EPST codes from working. There should be a link in the windows menu for you to do it manually.
