Setting up Hotmail account?

Is there a way to setup a Hotmail account without the MSN program?

have you heard about push mail via mail2web? you can get all of your hotmail forwarded to your phone. i get my comcast email that way and it is very fast. it is instant like outlook on your pc.

I'm not so sure that the email aggregation works with web mail services like Hotmail. I've tried it and it didn't work for me.

Any ideas?

No it doesnt and you cant forward hotmail either. You can either setup email alerts in msn mobile and get texts then use PIE to access hotmail and check ur mail (my preference) or you can use download windows live cab. It adds hotmail contacts to ur contacts and some other stuff. it creates a windows live in the email section and stuff like that. you cant configure when it syncs but it wasnt that much of a battery drain for me. try it and see if u like. if not just uninstall. also check and make sure it took the contacts out to, if not you can differentiate them and delete(it took it out once, and didnt the other time, didnt try to figure out y, had other stuff to play with). lemme know if you have anymore questions. download below

I am using "getmail" (http://www.e-eeasy.com/GetMail.aspx) to forward all my hotmail emails to gmail. You can forward hotmail emails to any site you like.
