App 3 key in 'Screen Capture" program...

I'm running the "Screen Capture" program and it saids to press the "App 3" key in order to do a screen capture....
Which key is the "App 3" key ?

well I have no idea what screen capture application you are using as there are a lot of them but if you go to Start -> Settings -> Buttons you will see button 3 is the camera button (which kinda makes sense if you wanna take a picture of something including your screen)
