Battery life - extended batteries? tweaks?

You can get an extended battery to go longer if you want but I have mine with a stock battery overclocked at 624Mhz and I make it almost throught the entire day. I will usually listen to about an hours worth of music or so while I am at my desk and then turn my BT and all off. I leave my first job about 3.30 and have to be at my other by 5pm. I really cant say how much battery I have left by that time but I can say that I can still use it w/o getting a low batt warning. How long have you had your battery? It is a new phone or used?

Do you experience any lockups or freezes when overclocking your phone at that speed ? I tried it a couple of times but didn't leave it that way too long especially due to the warnings of possible lockups and freezes....
My current 520 MHZ was a sigh of relief, but 626 MHZ maybe a dream....
