This started happening to me once i installed WM6 on my 6700....making the switch to 6.1 soon!

Me too... I assumed it was tied to me using S2U2 and the ringer being muted (on vibrate) on my WM6.0 build... When I upgraded to WM6.1 and the latest S2U2, I stopped having the issue...

I still have this issue from time to time. I have even re-flashed my ROM without the programs mentioned such as HTC Home (icon sets specifically), S2U2, and dialers and still have this issue here and there. I'm also beginning to believe this may be a hardware issue. I will continue playing around until I located the problem or until I'm get so frustrated I upgrade the phone. I do love my XV6700 though... it would be a shame.
