Just loaded the new rom on my phone. All seems to work well, love the 6700 hacks. that sure made things a lot easier.

Having 2 issues.
1) BT DUN/PAN - guess that hasn't been resolved yet don't see any solutions thru the searches.
2) It now does not allow me to use the phone and WiFi at the same time.

Any fixes available.

I totally support all the work here and signed the petition to all the creativeness to continue.

Thanks in advanced

and that for the hard word 6700Yuma

EDIT: I solved my issue, Sorry for the post. I guess i just assumed that the HKLM\Services\WirelessMGR - mutexflag was no long around since the latest 2.2 Rom from UTStar doesn't include it. Anybody with this issue just change mutexflag from 1 to 0.

Are you just using the pic/vid program and then clicking Send in the bottom left corner? If so, I just tried it (for the first time) and it brings up my email account to send it in. Do you have an email account setup? If not, I'd suggest mail2web.com for free Exchange Push email.

Yuma (aka Waitin),

Does your ROM include the Internet Sharing App (that works for USB)?

Thanks,
Chris

You know what, I just noticed that it does not. Can't believe I haven't caught that before. I will see how quickly I can get a version with that out. If anyone happens to have a .cab of it, then you could install that, but all I've found is the OEM folder for it. If I don't find a .cab today, I'll cook up something with that in there.

I haven't read anything about a cab for this either - but I know it is a part of the 3.X OEMs from what I've seen.

Thank you so much for considering this!!

To the poster asking what it is - Internet Sharing is a new app for tethering phone as modem - that works great and is better than the older wireless modem in my little experience using it. Connects faster and in my testing, has better throughput.

Actually, this is an OEM with modules instead of regular .exe's and .dll's. I can't seem to make it work with my ROM. I used Wideawake's method as opposed to the kitchen method. We are about to embark on a more bug free, user-friendly kitchen project. I'm going to be devoting my time to that for a bit. This will work in the upcoming kitchen project. Once we get that going, I'll make sure to make one with the stuff that's in there now plus this.

New Aku 3.3

with the pic\vid messaging, does that mean that the pix\vid messaging by version can not be loaded and used? I have kids and use this all the time. I guess I would like to know before i upgrade and find I loose that feature. If so what is the highest new AKU that still allows it to be used. Thanks
