Correct... File Explorer hides dlls from you. If you have deleted sdmemory.dll using total commander, soft reset and the card still doesn't show up I believe you've got yourself a hardware problem--either with the card or with the card reader in your 6700. Try another miniSD card and try reformatting your current card using your PC.

You have a card reader on your PC, right? If not then that is the first step. Once you put the card in there it will show up in "My Computer" on your PC. Right click on it and choose Format, then click Start and leave it alone for a few minutes. It will tell you when it's done.
