I got the unsigned version to install on my 3.3 Apache. BT starts, the blue light blinks and EVDO is connected. My headset is in the car so I haven't tested functionality yet.

Might be a way to get BT PAN working with 3.3.

As always, buyer beware and always do a full backup before trying something this experimental.
