UTStarcom 6700 MTTY Utility help

I am in the process of trying to restore my radio on my Sprint PPC6700. I have it in bootloader mode now and trying to download the MTTY Utility Software. I downloaded it but it is a .rar format. How do I open this file to continue?? I need desperate help!!!!
