I had to reformat my card with pocket mechanic.... they have a free trial that you can use and it will reformat your card in your phone instead of having to have a reader.

don't know if I have a new rom, but I do know I have the new "Radio", I will try the reformat hopefully that fixes it. Also do anyone know what cause the problem. Because even if the reformating does work, I don't want it to happen again.

This is for sure an issue with the phone. I have had various issues with my MiniSD cards wth different versions of the Sprint ROM. The SD cards work fine in my camera, they get weird after a while on the phone an need a reformat. The current problem I am seeing is related to nesting folders. I can put 2GB of data in the root of my SD just fine. If I start putting things in sub folders it causes the phone to lock up.

Use DOS in windows to format it to FAT16 or FAT32
