BT help

I just bought this item http://us.kensington.com/html/14409.html and I am trying to get it to sync with my verizon 6700 and my computer keeps saying that the connection was denied even though I have already paired the computer and the phone and they both see each other. WHat is going on. Im using Windows XP and I have the Apache Helmi WM6 custom rom installed. I have the BT a2dp driver and the bt HID driver installed. Is there something else that needs to be installed on my phone?

Re: BT help

well...just an update, After talking to Verizon and Then Kensington tech support (and as always they both suck bad) I have found that Kensington doesn't support many phones at all. Even their newest software doesn't support phones. WHAT THE HELL DO YOU USE THE BT FOR THEN? Verizon says that only Dlink and Linksys make a bluetooth dongle that supports the phone.
