Fast Home Screen Build reccomendations

Hey, I just got a PPC6700 two days ago and I have already flashed it, and I am pumped about all the features you all have done to it! Thanks! Now theres soooo much to learn, and I am a little confused. Can you all help me on a few reccomendations? I have read and searched a lot, but theres soo much, just a simple reply would be awesome.

I have just 3) requirements.
1) Fast switching/loading (i.e. doesnt have to be graphically intense)
2) Great battery life (does less apps/less graphics increase battery?)
3) Touch based (i.e. i will use my fingers a lot more than stylus)

I like simple, so if you can reccomend a good home skin, and phone app, or apps that would suit those it would be awesome. I am running the latest Apache. As you can tell, since i like fast transitions, it doesnt have to be extremely graphical. Thanks, Zachery

Re: Fast Home Screen Build reccomendations

And if you want to speed up the overall process of the device then I would suggest overclocking it with Pocket Hack Master. I use it and have used it for a very long tim on my device and I am running at a constant 520Mhz where the stock is at 416Mhz. I have a times also used at 624Mhz w/o any issues. However, overclocking does tend to use a bit more battery even though I do not really see a huge difference myself.

You can look in my sig and see what apps I use on my phone and google them as needed to see if they will do what you need. I also have a list of all the hacks/reg edits I have done to fit my liking.
