Use the Plantronics Voyager 855.
It works great and you get BT Stereo.

In regards about a GPS Receiver working with Apache.

I just got a Holux 1200 Mini GPS Receiver. I keep it on my keychain all the time and I just MS Live Search or google Maps (with a data plan, lots of data usage). The receiver is about the size of a pack of "wrigleys" gum. I can use it in my car, my house, everywhere I have tried so far. I got it off of eBay for about 65 dollars after shipping... supposedly you can get them as cheap as 30 dollars but I have not been able to find one at that price.
