Sharing calendar info, certain categoris only?
Does anyone know if there is an outlook addin or something that will allow one to only publish specific categories to an office online calendar? I'm pretty sure that publishing a calendar to Office Online that is on an Exchange server will be updated automatically when I add/change items on my PPC, and that is useful in itself.
But for instance: I have two jobs - IT support and musician. I want to publicly share my gig info with other musicians in order to advertise my availability for gigs, but I don't want people having my regular sched info.
I could just separate my gigs into another calendar in Outlook (desktop) and publish that, but I want to be able to do it from my handheld...
Anyone ever had to do the same?
