Cellular Modem Line Shorcut?

I've been so busy doing other things, I know that I've seen some topics posted on this, but can't for the life of me seem to find them now that I need them.

What I would like to know is there a way to make a shortcut to turn on the cellular modem on the phone? I've found wifi/bluetooth shortcuts. I just hate having to open IE, connect and then use the app i want to use.
