? with text message and sprint user's

I get text messages from friends that are pic's. Sometimes in jpeg format and in gif format. Now my pic's that come in as a text go to my Sprint picture mail and when i get a gif picture i can not open it to see the picture move etc. So my ? is how do you open up thie picture's that are in a gif format when it is sent to sprint picture mail??
