HELP!!! Cant dial!

Hey all,
I've had a 6700 for almost a year now. I've done ROM updates and the whole bit, and consider myself fairly experienced with the phone and OS. Today, all of the sudden (and I really mean this, I did ABSOLUTELY nothing to change the phone) my phone can't dial out or in. The phone radio is on in comm manager. In terms of signal strength show full bars, then hit the dial button and all my bars disappear! I try to dial and it just displays "Dialing..." Then goes to "Last Call" after a bit. What should I do?
