This worked flawlessly! Just dropped the .cab to my mobile, ran it, then ran the PC end of the software. It even came with the TELUS Mobility logo, which I lost after updating to AKU 3.3! Thanks for making us aware of this great piece of software!

If you don't want to follow the link: I took my 240x320 custom carrier splash screen, saved it as "Welcomehead.96.png", saved it to the storage card, then copied it to the Windows directory. Now I have the same picture for both screens. There is still a brief white screen between the Carrier splash screen and the Windows startup screen.
