I just tried it after AKU 3.3 using the instructions in the first post - I got my Sprint Splash screen back!

I can't get the image converter to work. It tells me that comdlg32_901 or associated file is not registered properly. I googled and downloaded comdlg32_901.exe, but when I try to run it I am given an error that it is not a valid win32 app.

Any suggestions? I was able to load the sprint splash screen to my phone after installing 3.3, but I wanted to try to make a custom screen.

Got it to work. I needed to download the comdlg32_901.exe file again. Other one must have been corrupt.

was there supposed to be a file in the origional posting ?

Bump... Can't find any file to do the splash update and ca't figure out option B. Can anyone help?

Did you read the readme file when you extracted the program? Do the manual push

Thanks. I didn't realize you had to be registered and loggeb in to download files. I got it and now have the Sprint logo back as my splash screen.
