WM6 device lock issues

After upgrading to the new rom I have found that the device lock does not lock all of the keys including the joystick and volume dial. The problem is that I keep the phone in my pocket and each time the joystick moves a screen comes up. If this happens allot then I have to hit cancle about 100 times and is very anoying. Anyone know of any fixes for this?

I was not aware the joystick was live, but the volume slider surviving through device lock is a known issue with WM6.
The best fix I know of is to disable devicelock and use S2U2. It was an adjustment not being able to see my regular Today screen, but S2U2 offers more than enough eye-candy to keep you engaged - just don't get carried away with all those features. As a side benefit, S2U2 seems to avoid using the notification queue altogether, so it's much less buggy than the native DeviceLock application and the various hacked versions that are based on it.
