Phone will no long sync with computer!!!

Hey geeks,

I was transferring stuff from computer to 2GB card on the PPC 6700 when the computer jammed up. CTRL-ALT-DELETE did not fix it, so I had to manually reboot the computer. Ever since then, my phone will not sync with ActiveSync. I don't think it's even being recognized when I plug it into any USBs port. Phone works fine otherwise...so does computer. Can anybody give me suggesions?

Please help!!!

Hi! new user here too. Just made a post about Activesync transfer freezing. It stops somewhere in the middle of the transfer and the PPC locks up. If I disconnect the PPC and reset, I can put it back on the cradle and establish a connection but it freezes again the next time I try to transfer a file. I think this only started after i did the Helmi's Kitchen WM6 upgrade, but I could be wrong but I was having Activesync problems with the WM5.
It wouldn't connect every time I put it in the cradle. I've deleted the partnership and set it up again but no joy.

Reinstall ActiveSync.

For first poster: check Device Manager to make sure your USB ports are OK. You should get USB mount tones if your ports are ok, and a 2nd set of tones if AS recognizes your device.

For 2nd poster: what size file are you transferring, and where are you trasnferring it to?
