You do not unpack the PPCgeeks_OEM.rar. You place it in the same folder the kitchen was extracted (installed) to (c:\buildos, by default)
GGuruusa already answered this. You do NOT extract the OEM package. Just place it in the C:\Buildos directory.

if its the PPCGeeks_OEM.rar file you dont extract that at all. The kitchen does that on its own. Is all you have to do is put that file in where you installed the rest of the kitchen. It should have folders like BuildOS, Help & Support, Patches, Splash Images, etc., along with the kitchen shortcut in that folder already.

Drop that whole rar file in there and the kitchen will access it when its needed.

If you wanted to go an easier route you could use helmi_c's wm6 upgrade. He along with other people made that one when wm6 first came out but before they made a kitchen.
