MMS sends but doesn't receive...

I am running Apache WM6 CE OS 5.2.1620 on a Qwest PPC 6700 which is now on Cricket. Everything is working fine except receiving MMS. I can send just fine but when I attempt to receive I get an error referring to something called "Vision Services". I have done some searching around and found that a hard reset will fix this if you soft reset just before the customization occurs. I tried this and no luck, I still get "Error 1012, there was a problem with Vision Services..."

Is there a way to tell the phone to use the MMS client that came with the WM6 upgrade (
Arcsoft MMS client v3.0.6.24) rather than this Vision Service?

Any thoughts will be appreciated.

It is a Qwest branded phone, but when looking over the PPP info and such that was in the phone, it had several references to "qwest.sprintpcs.com" and a couple of other variants as well. Perhaps in my region Qwest piggybacks on Sprints network or they partnered? But it is (was) definitely a Qwest phone as before I upgraded to WM6 it said Qwest upon booting the phone.

No one huh? I was hoping there was just a registry entry or something that would have to edited.
