Change boot screen help

I want to change the boot screen. I have the .nb file for the screen that i would like to come up (it is the generic utstarcom one that I pulled from the kitchen). I don't want to use the kitchen (i don't want to create a new rom I just want to replace one thing). Is there a way to change the boot screen without the kitchen?

Nick

Get the Image Converter application. Easiest place to find it: in the kitchen. It takes a .nb and puts it in an existing ROM file.

Search for it...you might find a really old post with a link to it.
