Question Bootloader Emergency

Hey guys....i was trying to extend my rom and upgrade my 6700 to wm6 and it got stuck in bootlOAD mode (serial - uptop v1.00 - bottom)...can anyone please help me out. My phone is pluged in and switching back from the usb/ serial screen. When I use the tool....it doesn't recognise anything. I did read the how to unbrick your 6700 post, but I'm not quite sure I'm following everything.

I just spent an hour in the Verizon store getting a replacement phone...i would hate to go back.
