Any useful today screen calendar app?

I am a graduate student and I am trying hard to stay organized and on top of my tasks this semester so I am hoping someone could recommend me an app/plugin to use for this.

I currently use the clean and simple WM6 rom and it has been working well for me. However, on the today screen, the calendar only shows one task at a time (aka the next task/apptment in line).

I leave a lot of space available on my today screen as I only have the calendar and phone alarm w/ touch skin running on it.

I was hoping to find an app that could help me keep multiple upcoming tasks on point so I can stay on top of what I need to get done.
