A few questions about WM6 rom

Hello all:

I am a new user to PPCs, and am trying to get a 6700 or possibly a 6800, and I have several questions. Please bare with me. Thanks. BTW, Verizon Wireless is my phone carrier if that makes a difference in the answers.

1. I hear that a lot of people like the 6700 over the 6800 because it is less buggy, even with the WM6 rom. Is this true, what are your opinions comparing the 6700 to the 6800?

2. If I do end up getting the 6700, do you think it is worth flashing to the WM6 rom? I hear that users have problems sending and recieving picture/video messages with the rom. Is this a simple fix? Also, once you cook the rom you have to make sure you cook it with the applications that you want; because you can't uninstall them. Is this a huge deal to everyone? Again, your opinions on the usefullness of WM6 rom, and if it is buggy or not.

3. What about Rob Mayer's WM6 update? I have been hearing a lot about it and how excellant it is, but I can't seem to find it anywhere, what gives? Is it nice than Helmi's?

I have tried to do as much research as possible, and I want to thank Ga. Medic for his tutorial on Helmi's Kitchen. It is simple yet efficent. Thank you all for taking the time to respond to me. It is much appreciated.
