Stereo bluetooth????
When I got my first Apache I was able to use my bt headset to listen to the music on it. But after the ROM was updated and they added voice dial, the ability to listen to music on the bt went away. Does anyone know how to reactivate it?

How do you find the audio quality ? I have the Sony/Ericsson HBH-DS970 headset, and when I tried listening to mp3s it sounded like I was listening to them over the phone. I wasn't sure if it was the headset, or bluetooth in general.

Its a little shabby, no bass, but I'm not one to complain. I think its the headset's sound capability that's the problem. The speakers in them are very simple because they are only made to carry voices. I only use this if I need to, like if I forget my headphones at the gym.

For better quality you could mess with the reg edits
check here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...+audio+quality read it all because on page 2 it shows the reg edits if they are needed at all. Talks about if your running wm5 or wm6 and on and on. |

Little Help please...
If I may interject with my own problem,
I've been having audio quality issues with BT headsets using WM6. I flashed using the latest kitchen and the audio over my various hands-free and headset devices is full of static/crackle. I've tried three diff radio versions (1.12, 1.40, 1.41) and each had no affect on correcting this problem. If I flash back to the original WM5 load, well - everything is fine - but that defeats the whole purpose of upgrading the Apache, doesn't it... :) Any advice/insight into this problem is greatly appreciated. |
