App for one handed fast contacts dialing

Before I had to hard reset my phone I had found on one of these forums a program that I think was called "fast contacts" or something like that that would bring up a contacts list that you could scroll side to side to see the letters and then up down to select. I can't seem to find it now. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
