Mike, I had done some digging around trying to find information on that bluetooth problem that CE 5 has.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/913683/en-us

Is there anyway the above can be put into this custom aku 2.2?

After one full day of hard use at work I've had nothing but good expirience. Everything is working faster, with no lockups.

After a day or so and several app installs later everything except that annoying today screen problem seems to be working good

Definitely a much better rom than sprint's one.

Thanks guys for the feedback and suggestions. All are welcome and keep it coming! As for those who received the password and have NOT posted any feedback, may be excluded from further betas. I do have a list of who got it Anyways please post feedback soon, as I need to know issues if any to try and fix.
Thanks,
Mike

Overall Mike, I'd definitely say this makes for a fairly stable beta1 of an OS mod (more stable than quite a bit of php/sql based software that I've beta tested).

Hopefully you'll be able to dig up what is causing that odd today screen issue as it appears a somewhat recurring bug/problem (since there are a couple of us having it).

Been using mine all day today (did the install yesterday), been stable and solid - all my apps are re-installed. Note I did botch the actual rom install (no hard reset/wipe first) so my data-point is somewhat suspect.

Mike I blieve I narrowed down that today screen bug some.

Did a hard reset as I mentioned to ya on chat. After redoing all apps (no errors at that point/no probs).

The today screen problem again appeared after running spb backup to create a new backup of everything. So, it'd appear that when spb backup runs it's changing something that the new aku doesn't like.

Is anybody else running VC 1.6 with this ROM? The checkboxes to announce incoming calls is gone. As a matter of fact, the only checkbox under the voice command options is "announce calendar reminders"

I can give commands with no issue, but the announcements seem to have disappeared. I haven't tried over BT yet, but I always preferred it over the speaker anyway.
