Is there any today screen known bugs present in aku 2.2?

After a couple resets for various reason's I've now entirely lost what was there previously, however in the settings the checked items do still remain checked (that they are to be displayed). Currently all i get is the clock.

no known bugs with the today screen. what apps are doing this? and did u hard reset after the update, or did u just update it the OS and run it?

I did a hard reset both before and after to make sure i started off with a clean slate.

I lost the today screen after running an spb backup (spb auto soft resets after it completes, have a feeling the aku 2.2 doesn't like software initiated soft resets maybe?).

Any ideas on what i can check to fix this without needing to do yet another hard reset (just got done installing things in and beaming back my contacts).

EDIT: forgot to mention I had "seen" on some forum, forget which one righ now that a bt fix was released to stop the random bluetooth call drops (it also effects if you tether through the pda on bt) and so forth.

Yikes I bet doing the restore is what got ya. I mentioned in the first post not to restore a backup, but the easiest way for you to fix would be a hard reset, but before only using spb to backup ur pim data and nothing else. This way you don't have to redo all ur contacts.

Did the install, no problems.

Did hard reset, no problems.

Manually installed from extended_rom, all is well.

Speed is way up, compared to a fresh install of 2.0.

I love the "crossbow" theme, my eyes feel happy!

Copied my vol.pim back from storage card, no problems or slowdown.

Synced up to my exchange servers, and downloaded 500+ mail items/calendar events. No problems, no real slowdown in the OS.

This custom rom seems very stable, although I would love to see more "personal touches" and less Sprint crapola. I still feel like it's a Sprint install that just wasn't released.

The HTC Task Manager is a much needed bonus, thanks!!

This build seems pretty stable to me.

Applications that I have installed so far:

VeriChat 1.41b
Spb Pocket Plus
Resco Sudoku
Resco Registry Add-in
Resco FTP Add-in
Resco Explorer
MS Cubicle Chaos

The above apps run fine with no problems. I definitely notice speed improvements and like the Alltel bootscreen, but any chance of getting a Sprint one?

So far with the update I have not experienced the bluetooth randomly shutoff/delink when paired with my headset. That goes for both this rom and the Telcom rom.

I will install more programs and leave more feedback once I mess around with it more, but so far I like! thanks!

Could you elaborate alittle more? And more needed apps will be intergrated.

Wideawake, I did not restore any backups.

I stated I ran a backup once i got the aku 2.2 modified one you've supplied for testing installed. (In fact I actually deleted my old backup files to not waste space on my miniSD).

As such any ideas on what could be causing this?

EDIT: Also to further note everything else appears to be working fine beyond the today screen abruptly malfunctioning like this (first time I have ever seen such happen in fact, maybe I'm just lucky I guess).
