I don't see a problem with selling your personal phone with the updated software installed.
It's when people start selling the software itself or selling a bunch of units with the ROM that it crosses the line. IMO though if you're gonna sell it, i'd just go back to stock so there's no problems activating or any of that.

Correct. As long as your selling a phone, not a WM6 upgrade, none of us will care - unless you're selling a lot phones with upgrades (because then upgrading is part of your business, and that violates my license agreement)

Why would you want to take the chance for something to bite you in the A$$, WM6 is an "UNOFFICIAL" Rom....go back to a OFFICIAL rom....activate...then upload all the "UNOFFICIAL" roms you want. Dont give the carriers any reasons to dock a comment in your account...like loading an "UNOFFICIAL" rom..etc.....you need to play smart!!!! Last edited by Unknown Zone; 12-31-2007 at 02:41 AM. |

we'll be activating this thing either over the phone or the website......they won't be getting their hands on it....."Here's an ESN......swap it with the one that's active now" kind of thing.
There better not be any problems........Marines don't take the same ground twice! |
