Selling apache with wm6?

i know people ahve gotten very angry of people selling others peoples work.....if i upgraded and just sold my apache with wm6 on it would there be an uprising to kill me like the iphone skin guy.....should i jsut flash back to stock before i sell it?

I don't see a problem with selling your personal phone with the updated software installed.
It's when people start selling the software itself or selling a bunch of units with the ROM that it crosses the line.

IMO though if you're gonna sell it, i'd just go back to stock so there's no problems activating or any of that.

yea thats true after thinking bout it there are more pros for flashing to stock then keeping wm6

Correct. As long as your selling a phone, not a WM6 upgrade, none of us will care - unless you're selling a lot phones with upgrades (because then upgrading is part of your business, and that violates my license agreement)

What "problems" would there be activating it? I upgraded mine, but I can't get it activated till Wednesday. gguru told me it didn't have to be activated before upgrading it.

Is there something we should know about?

Why would you want to take the chance for something to bite you in the A$$, WM6 is an "UNOFFICIAL" Rom....go back to a OFFICIAL rom....activate...then upload all the "UNOFFICIAL" roms you want.

Dont give the carriers any reasons to dock a comment in your account...like loading an "UNOFFICIAL" rom..etc.....you need to play smart!!!!
