Where is my Ext Rom?

I just cooked and loaded a simple Rom with Helmi_APAC_Official_AKU3_5_Kitchen. All my other images had been something someone else had built so forgive me if I am asking a really stupid question. But where is the Ext Rom?

In prior images, the Ext Rom memory was a significant concern. Now I don't even see it.

In most cases the EXT ROM is hidden from normal view.

Its my understanding some of the custom ROMs may re-write the primary and ext ROMs in order to reclaim lost storage space/memory usage.

If I remember correctly, the 3.5 kitchen flashes only the OS, so your extended rom is in the same place and having the same contents it had before. Have you unlocked it and/or unhidden it? Regardless of the answer, you should be able to use Total Commander to view the contents - just enter \Extended Rom\ in the address bar. If it's got carrier customizations in it then you would want to interrupt these at hard reset since they are not compatible with the kitchen rom in most cases.

I have looked for Ext Rom with Total Commander and cannot find it. Also, I don't get the warning on a Hard Rest that I used to. Surely others have wittnessed this since the actions I have taken are so generic.

Might have been simpler if you had said up front you were using the WM6 kitchen (which unlike the 3.5 kitchen has the ER autorun turned off) and posted in the correct forum (WM5>this forum, WM6>Upgrades subforum).
Hidden/Unlocked or not, you should still be able to see it if you specify the address correctly - try an underscore instead of space between the two words, and maybe an extra backslash at the front. I can't really verify the right address because mine has been unlocked and unhidden for ages as "\Extended ROM\"
