How to clear/reset Vision username?

In preparation for selling my 6700, I have cleared all user data from it

However, I can't get the Sprint Vision user name to be cleared. It comes back even after a hard reset & reload of the ROM. It also does not seem to be tied to the MSN/MDN.

Can anyone tell me how to clear the username from the 6700? Thanks.

##RTN#, then click Reset (the right softkey)

You will need your phone's six-digit MSL code.
