Helmi's WM6 Kitchen question

I put together a ROM with Helmi's WM6 Kitchen, and when I am done, click the button that puts it together so you can load it on your PPC. I have done that several times and it works great, but my question is this:
How can I make an .EXE of the ROM upgrade so I can share the ROM with friends who also have 6700s?

It's a bit of an intermediate task, but assuming you have winrar and your friends don't have bootloaders 1.04/2.04/2.05, then download this file, unzip the exe, open it with winrar, and drag in the nk.nbf file from inside the RUU directory you flashed with.
