Need Help. No sounds from my 6700

I dont know what's wrong with my 6700. If I use headsets than everything seems normal, calling and receiving calls work like a charm. But if I plug-out my headsets than I won't be able to hear anything, including making a call there's no sound. First I thought that my speaker phone is broken, but strangely when there's a incoming call my phone is ringing but sadly I can't hear anything and it won't let it through to speakerphone.

I hope that anybody can help me on this. I really like this phone. Thanks.
