The latest version of WA is so much better. It still slowdown the ppc but it's not bad and you have to install it on main memory; otherwise it will make your ppc freeze. Photo Contact Pro is a very neat program but it takes along time to load. I didn't notice any slow performance once the program is loaded. Personally, I would go with Inesoft b/c it's more friendly with the ppc. Hope this helps.

I know it's going to hit me as soon as I post this : but what is WA? All informatio is helpful and I Thank You. I will check further into inesoft since I know contact pro is spb diary friendly, not sure about inesoft. Thanks again. EDIT: The only thing I am really interested in with both of these and any other program is larger incoming call pictures.

WA=Wisbar Advance. Photo Contact Pro will definitely give you BIG picture on incoming calls. The picture pretty much fills the whole screen when a call comes in. Get the trial version of both and see which one suits you.

WA = Wisbar Advance

I would give it a shot. Like wingzero mention the latest version works much better. I never had any major problems or slowdowns using it. The only little thing that bothers me about it is, their is no way to tell if you are in/using EV or 1X.

Does anybody use/know photo contact pro. I'm trying it and have a few issues that I like to figure out before I try inesoft. 1.on a incoming phone call standard caller id balloon pops up for the first 3 or 4 rings then contact pro pops up for the last 1 or 2 rings. 2. I went to settings>phone and all my ringtones are missing (where are they) and I can't exit that screen because you have to enter a ring tone. So I did a soft reset. 3. How come the photo's I use in photo contact do not port over to standard contact or spb diary list? Idon't want to remove the program yet because I don't want to lose my ringtones. Thnaks !

i am using xcpuscalar 2007 on my 6700. i haven't encountered any problems with it yet. it speeds up your device. so if you're using wisbar and you are concerned about it slowing your device down, then check this site out:

http://www.pocketnow.com/index.php?a...reviews&id=412

personally i stopped using wisbar advance 2 and wisbar desktop because it kept freezing up my device.

bootheresa,
I am using Photo Contact Pro and when a call comes in, it go directly to PCP. Check your setting under Photo Contact pro. I also notice my photos didn't port over to the standard contact either. May be PCP don't have this function. I assume your ringtones are saved in either in the internal or minisd card, so uninstalling PCP will not erase your ringtones. Have you install any music player app? Sometime this will cause your ringtones not showing up.

jamaa124,
I running the latest version of WA and I don't recall my ppc freezes up but you have to install it to the main memory.
