I'm assuming you have sprint, as if you had a carrier like vzw, it would be all 0's. You can call sprint to get your MSL.

Let me make sure I understand the question...
your phone is operational, but you can't connect to it via QPST anymore because of the messed up nvm_security file - is that correct? |
