Please help I cannot sync.

Hey guys, so I'm new to the hole thing, I can't get my Apache to sync, when I go in to my computer it can see the mobile device thou. I've gone though the trouble shooting an nothing. Any advice would be appreciated. Usb connection has been enabled on the phone.

try unchecking advanced network configuration

its under start-settings-connects usb

Hey mate can't seem to find that option, is that under the connection, personal or system tap, can't see that option in the connections tap.

ok so goto start - settings - connections tab then usb to pc uncheck "enable advanced network functionality"

Also make sure you are using active sync 4.5 if your syncing WM6.

The first thing I would try is to uninstall/reinstall Active Sync. Before connecting your phone again, make sure that you do not have any partnerships set up (Start > Programs > Active Sync > Menu > Options.)

If that doesn't work, try the other ideas that were presented in the thread I provided in my last post.
