Assuming you're running a kitchen custom, isn't notify.wma built into the rom? You would need to overwrite it in the kitchen before flashing.....

even though its in the rom you could possibly overwrite it still... just as long as you are not trying to move or delete it... name the new file the same as the old and just copy it over to where the old file is... do you want to overwrite say yes, do it with total commander and after a fresh reboot... if it wont let you at this stage you probably cant do it but with some types of files the system will just read the new file and put the rom file in the background per se.
