I know there is a regedit to not send your callerID info but that is per phone (and only on the 6700 that I know of) so that cannot be it. When did this issue start? How long have you had your phone? Was there any software or changes you made to the phone prior to this?

I think it stopped working after verizon activated it w/my old phone #. All the software was the same when it started. I installed an AKU upgrade but that was after this problem started...

since you just did an upgrade, i would suggest going back to the OEM ROM and see if that resolves it, if it does then go back to the custom ROM of your choosing.
