Yes the manufactures warranty is included. My first 6700 had a problem with the qwerty the lights would flicker when I slid the keyboard out. I took it in to the Sprint store showed them the problem and was told I could have a refurbished they had in the store or wait a couple of days and they would get me a new one in. I wanna do it but I don't want a refurb one. isn't it the end of the ppc life? so I may get a refurb one right? I noticed my phone acts funny. when I first got it I noticed. and u know the case that is included in the box? when I use that I notice my phone malfunctions: when I push things on the screen it is so unaligned that other things are pressed. and when I press the call button when someone calls it misses the call. I have some waranty thing I purchased that covers lost, theft, and damage for two years. two phones a year. and they give me a new one free with battery. I'm thinking of using it. and in one of my threads u should hear my bluetooth sounds bad like popcorn and static. and its my second headset.
