Outgoing email issues with Earthlink - HELP!
I found a tread on this subject in the Treo page, but it did not help.
Here is my issue. I have 2 emails accounts with Earthlink, one of which I use for business. Just recently, Earthlink is now using secure authorization to send emails on their network. I can no longer send emails via my PPC6700 in pocket outlook. Anyone out there come across this same thing, and if so, what is the remedy?
What is strange, when I had WM6 on the phone last week I had no issues with sending emails to Earthlink. Now that I reverted back to WM5, I can’t seem to get this issue straighten back out. Apparently WM6 automaticly sets this up and I'm not smart enough to get it right in WM5. It's probably staring me right in the face!
