Apach 6700 WINMO 6.5 slow

Hello,

I realize this phone is one old and two slow to the newer phones due to its limitations. I have flashed my device several time over the last yr or so but lately the xv6700 thats running winmo 6.5 is slow and constantly needs to be reboot (soft) in order for it to either free up ram or to resolve the software troubles. In the past winmo 6.1 had run smoothly but 6.5 is very slow even though it is a stripped down ver. of other phones.
Is there any reason for this ? Why do I need to reset the device 4-5 daily. I don't belive it is a hardware thing. The software just seems to lockup and when reboot it doesnt intialize correctly. I have a 1gb mem. card that I dump the majority of my programs onto. I also have a screen that tells me how memory is being used and it close to 50% and still I have to reboot.

Do I need to reflash to 6.5 and or what is the latest ROM that is available. I love this phone and Im sure Im only a few of the people out there that have the phone but dont pay the internet fee. Any advice would be appreciated
