my third ppc6700 in a year

Yesterday I broke my pocket pc i dropped it pretty badly
i was getting out of my car and it fell right on the driveway.
there was little visible damage but the speaker stopped working, so if someone calls i cannot hear there voice. Also the network stopped working, i had no bar and i did several resets but still same problem. so i went to sprint let the tech look at the phone and he said he cant fix it, so sprint gave me new phone without any $50 deducible so basically free phone i dont think it was refurbished because it was from new box.

God i love insurance!!!!

luckly i had all my backup in spb backup in my minisd so it took me 5 min to restore everything to my new phone.

I need to get new holder really good one.

yeah as long as your phone does not have water damage, and you can bring it in to them in less than 3 pieces, ESRP will replace it for free.
