Anyone still running 3.5 official kitchen, is Modem Link installed by default?

Yes, and depends. If by "Modem Link" you mean the Wireless Modem application, the answer is yes (that is it's in my program folder without my adding it special.) Other "Modem Link" stuff not seen.
