Add wm6, now can't get internet w/o wifi

I have added wm6 and now I can't get internet through sprint. The phone keeps dialing #777 and can't connect. Can anyone help.

Also are the any fixes to text messaging...being able to see the sender's phone #

Hard reset and don't let the customizations run. (i.e. soft reset with the stylus after initializing your screen, when you see the countdown, "...will customize your device in 3,2,1 seconds").
