Oppp Where's my Contact

So I accidentally deleted my contact manager some how when I try to go see or add number it say something like the file contact manager can not be opened either it is not signed with a trusted certificates or one of its components cannot be found you might need to reinstall and restore this file

so is there a way to restore that file? of so help me out

Its a 6700 Pocket PC

Nevermind I fixed it if anybody have this problem..
step 1. copy your pim from your device and paste your pim to your storage card
step 2 do a hard reset
step 3 paste your pim into your my device
reset your phone..
